Welcome to the Hopwood School & Camp!
Hello! My name is Heidi
Hopwood Geverd, the director and owner of the Hopwood School &
Camp. My parents, Ann and Richard Hopwood, founded the Hopwood
School in 1968 and I am proud to carry on the fine work they
started. 2008 marks our 40th year of service to young children
and their families!
We have a wonderful staff
of dedicated, state certified teaching professionals that have
been with the school for many years. Please take the time to
learn more about us, our
philosophy, curriculum and
the many programs dedicated to
your child's bright future.
The Hopwood School
operates from September through mid June providing quality education
and care for children ages 2 to 5. School enrollment
and tours for the
upcoming
school year start the first
week of January. Our programs fill quickly.
The Hopwood Summer
Day Camp operates from mid June through August providing
a rich environment for art, dance, theater, athletics,
nature, exploration
and community for children ages 3 to 12. Summer
Day Camp
registration mailers are sent out the
first week of February. The majority of our programs fill
quickly so please don't wait to return the registration forms
and the $10 deposit! If
you are new to Hopwood, please visit our camp

form to request a camp
mailer.

SUMMER CAMP 2009 REGISTRATION NOTICE: Please
note that our 2008 Summer Camp sold out for the entire summer
within 4 weeks of opening registration. Please remember to register
early next year! Summer Camp registration will start in February
2009 as follows: Week 1- currently enrolled school families;
Week 2 - returning camp families; Week 3 - new families.
